Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the private aviation charter and membership sector. Based in Miami, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing within the private aviation industry, coupled with a proven track record in generating leads and expanding business networks. The role requires daily attendance at networking events to foster relationships and drive charter requests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through daily networking at industry events, conferences, and meetings within Miami. Utilize existing contacts and develop new relationships to expand the client base.

2. Sales and Marketing: Implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the private aviation charter and membership market. Understand and adapt to market trends to ensure competitive positioning.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for private charter and membership services.

4. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential growth opportunities. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends.

5. Reporting and Performance Tracking: Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and potential business opportunities. Track performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.

6. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development. Share insights and strategies to enhance overall performance.

7. Event Planning and Management: Plan, organize, and manage monthly events that promote the company’s services to potential clients. Ensure a strong brand presence at all relevant industry gatherings.

8. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction. Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, specifically in the private aviation charter and membership sector.

– Strong network within the Miami aviation community.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

– Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible hours.

Let’s face it. Traveling on a Private Jet on your own is NOT something most of the population can afford. Even if we can afford it, we ‘re probably not willing to spend that much of our hard-earned money merely for a few hours of the experience. Wouldn’t you agree? From there, an idea lands on my brain like a dandelion seed on a dew-drenched lawn and immediately starts to grow.

This is MY CALLING… A calling that I know if I don’t answer and don’t act on it, I will regret for the rest of my life. You might think I’m audacious. But the fact is no one chooses to be audacious. Just like that, I’ve been called!

Audacity is about advocating for a “future“ that doesn’t currently exist. I have a vision of a world that can be, should be, must be, shimmering in my eyes. I asked myself these questions:
